Customer Supplied Item Waiver & Disclaimer

By leaving personal or customer-supplied items with Teez-N-Twinz Kreationz LLC for customization services, the customer understands and agrees to the following terms:

1. Customer-Supplied Items

Teez-N-Twinz Kreationz LLC is not responsible for the quality, condition, sizing, manufacturer defects, or durability of items provided by the customer.

2. Risk of Damage

Customization services such as embroidery, heat pressing, DTF printing, vinyl application, bleaching, sewing, or pressing involve heat, needles, adhesives, pressure, and machinery that may potentially damage items. While every effort is made to handle all items with care, the customer acknowledges that all services are performed at their own risk.

3. No Replacement Guarantee

Teez-N-Twinz Kreationz LLC is not liable for replacing, repairing, or reimbursing customer-supplied items that become damaged, scorched, misprinted, punctured, shrunk, discolored, or otherwise altered during the customization process.

4. Design & Placement Approval

The customer is responsible for approving spelling, colors, sizing, and design placement before production begins. Teez-N-Twinz Kreationz LLC is not responsible for customer-approved errors.

5. Unclaimed Items

Completed orders not picked up within 30 days may be subject to storage fees or disposal after reasonable contact attempts have been made.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of all products and services, no refunds will be issued once production has started.

Customer Acknowledgement

I understand and accept the risks involved with customizing customer-supplied items and release Teez-N-Twinz Kreationz LLC from liability for any damages or loss that may occur during the customization process.
